Monday
Dovetailing Tips:
- (Omit bacon if vegetarian)
- Tomorrow night's recipe calls for rotisserie chicken; if you have frozen chicken breast you can easily put some in the slow cooker and use that for your recipes — otherwise buy two rotisserie chickens on the way home tomorrow
Tuesday
- Chicken Flautas
- Tomato Salad With Cheese Crisps Recipe
- Serve Ice cream or frozen yogurt
Dovetailing Tips:
- Shred both rotisserie chickens (or all of the slow cooked chicken breast), and prepare both the flautas and the enchiladas—only cook the flautas
- Store the enchiladas in the freezer until Thursday for a quick “toss in the oven” dinner
Wednesday
Dovetailing Tips:
- (substitute vegetable stock in place of chicken stock if dietary needs)
- Reserve extra broccoli for dinner Friday night
Thursday
- Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas
- Tossed Salad
- One Bowl Cocoa Brownies
Dovetailing Tips:
- Cook enchiladas prepared on Tuesday
Friday
- Stove Top Mac n Cheese
- Steamed broccoli
- Lemon Blossoms
Dovetailing Tips:
- Use leftover broccoli from Wednesday
