Dovetailing Tips:

  • Buy your mescula greens at once; separate 4 1/2 cups for the Beef and Soba Salad tonight, and reserve the rest for a side sald on Wednesday.
  • Chop chop day! Set aside 1 cup chopped onions and 1/2 cup sliced onions -- refrigerate properly, and you shouldn't have to cut onions anymore this week!
