Leftover Shrimp over Cumin-scented Beans? Wrap leftovers in a tortilla and have it for tomorrow’s lunch.

When chopping the jalapeno for today’s meal, chop an extra one and store it in a zip-lock bag to use on Day 5. I like to use disposable kitchen gloves when chopping jalapeno’s so I don’t accidentally rub my fingers in my eyes later.





DoveTailing Tips

Cook an extra 4 strips of bacon until crisp. Crumble and store in refrigerator for use in BLT Bowl on Day 5.
