Cook an additional 6 ounces of salmon when preparing the Pan Grilled Salmon. You will use this extra salmon for Meal 3, Salmon Noodle Bowl.

When making the Broccoli Stir Fry, plan for leftover broccoli, about 1-2 cups. You will use the leftover broccoli in the Salmon Noodle Bowl for Meal 3 instead of the asparagus.

Choose the biscuit recipe you would like to use – regular or gluten-free. Remove the one you don’t want before you make your shopping list in Cook’n.

Remove the salmon you prepared during Meal 1. Place on a buttered baking pan and cover with foil or a lid. Heat it in a 350° oven for 10-15 minutes. Don't overcook, so it isn't dried out.

In the Salmon Noodle Bows, instead of using the asparagus spears, use up the leftover broccoli from Meal 1. The oriental seasoning on the broccoli makes this dish have even better flavor.
