Garlic Butter Sauteed Zucchini

Garlic Butter Sauteed Zucchini – skillet zucchini with garlic lemon butter. Easy, healthy and takes 15 minutes from prep to dinner table.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 zucchini, about 8 oz, cut into strips
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon chopped italian flat leaf parsley leaves
3 slices lemons, halved

Directions:

Heat up a skillet on low to medium heat. Add the butter to melt; saute the garlic until slightly browned. Add the zucchini, stir a few times. Season with salt and black pepper. Lightly toss and saute for about 2 minutes but do not overcook the zucchini. Add the parsley and lemon. Stir for about 10 seconds, dish out and serve immediately.
