Garlic Butter Sauteed Zucchini – skillet zucchini with garlic lemon butter. Easy, healthy and takes 15 minutes from prep to dinner table.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons | butter |
2 cloves | garlic, finely minced |
2 | zucchini, about 8 oz, cut into strips |
1 teaspoon | salt |
ground black pepper, to taste | |
1 teaspoon | chopped italian flat leaf parsley leaves |
3 slices | lemons, halved |
Directions:
Heat up a skillet on low to medium heat. Add the butter to melt; saute the garlic until slightly browned. Add the zucchini, stir a few times. Season with salt and black pepper. Lightly toss and saute for about 2 minutes but do not overcook the zucchini. Add the parsley and lemon. Stir for about 10 seconds, dish out and serve immediately.
