I Love Cook’n for Analyzing my Recipes!
Being a diabetic, I depend on Cook’n for an accurate analysis of my recipes. I know Cook’n has partnered with the American Diabetes Association to computerize several of their cookbooks for use with Cook’n.
I am also impressed that Cook’n uses the nutritional values right off of the box or bag an ingredient comes in so that the values are 100% correct coming right from the manufacturer. The Cook’n Tutorials on the Support web-page played a large part in helping me to learn how to adjust my recipes to make them healthier for me to eat.
