Simple Treats and Gifts for Class Parties, Nieces and Nephews, Neighbors, Etc!
I…. am not a creative person. Thankfully, I am not everyone, and there are people who are creative and crafty! When Christmas rolls around, I rely on these crafty, creative people for cute ideas. I have 9 younger siblings, and there’s no way I could afford to get everyone a nice gift. We always draw names, and so I can afford to get one sibling a nicer gift. But I still like to do something for the rest of my siblings, just as a token and reminder that I love them too ;). And so I usually rely on silly, crafty little gifts- and my kids often help me put them together! You can also use these types of gifts for cousins, nieces and nephews, neighbors, class favors, Sunday School students, etc. If you’re looking for something simple and fun to gift, check out these ideas!
These are so sweet! I love these little angels, and it’s a fun change from all the snowmen and reindeer!

These donut treats are adorable! I love that you could do snowmen or reindeer for some variety, but both are just as cute! - A bag of mini marshmallows labeled as “Snowman poop” or a bag of Whoppers labeled as “Reindeer poop”- a little more crass, but I know my little brothers would definitely get a kick out of it!
- You can still use Whoppers and avoid “poop” by calling them reindeer noses! Just throw in one red gumball into each bag for Rudolph to complete the set!
- Hopefully you can get an idea from this picture of these cute little reindeer brownies! We cut the antlers out with brown felt, glued on googly eyes and pom-poms and ended up with the cutest and tastiest little reindeer treats!
- You can also make reindeer by putting two candy canes next to each other, with the hooks facing out as the “antlers”. Use regular candy canes and tape them together, then use brown construction paper or brown piper cleaner to wrap around to create the face, and complete the look with googly eyes and red pom-poms for the nose. You can also use the same concept for the big candy-filled candy canes they have at the grocery store!
- A bag of green M&M’s labeled as “Grinch pills”- so easy but a funny and cute idea!
- Orange Tic-Tacs can be labeled as snowman noses for the ultimate easy treat!
- These reindeer are so cute! I also like that it’s a fun treat that can be saved for a little later and doesn’t need to be used right away. If you want to steer away from caffeine, use root beer instead!
- These Grinch candy bars are so cute! And would be super easy to put together. I like that you could also do a variety of candy bars depending on the tastes of your recipients!
- You can do the same concept as the Grinch candy bar, but with snowmen! Wrap in white paper and give them little snowman faces! Then complete the look by tying a ribbon around the neck of the snowman and giving him a paper hat. You could also glue two pom-poms on the side and connect with a pipe cleaner to create cute little earmuffs for you snowmen! A simple craft with a big impact!
- Do the same idea again, but with brown paper for reindeer!
- You could do the same concept as above (snowmen, Grinch, reindeer), but wrap but juiceboxes instead if you want to avoid chocolate.
These are so sweet! I love these little angels, and it’s a fun change from all the snowmen and reindeer!
Have fun crafting and gifting!
