We're so glad to hear that you liked the compact cookbook printing video that Kathy and I made! To see all of the available themes and to choose one, simply follow these steps:

1. Click your cookbook to select it
2. Click Options->Change Theme
3. Select the theme that you like and click OK
4. When the dialog appears that says "Would you like to assign this theme to all of the chapters...?" Click Yes.
