I tried to use some old steps you gave me to reinstall, but now I can't find 'step 2' on dvo.com. What's happening?
ANSWER:
We have changed the homepage of www.dvo.com. Now, to reinstall, click to www.dvo.com and scrolling lightly, you will see a "Download for Windows" button and a "Download for Mac" button. Click one of those two buttons. Then, simply open the application and sign into your cloud account.
And, you should be all good to go!
