"Why am I being charged for two subscriptions on the same account??"



ANSWER:

There are multiple ways to subscribe to Cook'n. For example, a person can sign up by way of in-app purchase on their iOS or Android device. Or, they may go to https://www.dvo.com/cooking-club.php to subscribe from the DVO.com website. Since each of these three options are a different billing system, therefore, it is possible for a person to subscribe from more than one.

For example, a person may subscribe to one of the Cook'n Monthly Plans on their iPhone and then decide to sign up for a Cook'n Annual Plan later to save money from https://www.dvo.com/cooking-club.php.

In a case like this, the person must unsubscribe from the Monthly plan otherwise, they will continue to get charged each month. On rare occasions, there is a customer or two who finds themselves in a situation like this. If we could unsubscribe someone from an iOS or Android subscription, we would certainly do it. But, unfortunately, we have no control over that.
