2 cups (approximately) Leftover Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled pork
1 cup coleslaw
6 8" flour tortillas
cilantro, freshly chopped
Extra BBQ sauce (optional)

Reheat leftover Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork in a microwave safe large bowl until heated through. Alternately, reheat in a skillet on the stove top until heated through. If desired, mix more BBQ sauce into the BBQ Pulled Pork for a saucier texture. Warm tortillas in the microwave or in a skillet until heated through. (See recipe notes) Assemble BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos by spooning about 1/3 cup leftover meat onto a flour tortilla and top with creamy coleslaw. Salt & pepper to taste & garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
