Slow-Cooker Asian Short Ribs

These ribs are so flavorable and tender, and cooking them in the slow cooker makes them so easy!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 pounds bone-in beef short ribs
Optional: Hot cooked ramen noodles, sesame seeds, julienned green onions and carrots, and sliced cucumber, radishes, mushrooms and red chili peppers

Directions:
In a greased 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker, whisk together the first 8 ingredients. Add short ribs and turn to coat; cook, covered, on low 6-7 hours or until meat is tender. If desired, serve with ramen noodles and optional toppings.
