My family has been stocking up on these every March
COMMENT:
Glad you were able to relive a favourite dish of your youth. Being Irish my family has been stocking up on these every March for year-long dinners with our favourite too! - Toni Janik
RESPONSE:
"Thank you! That's such a great idea to stock up every March—I'm definitely going to make it a new tradition now! Corned beef really is the ultimate comfort food, isn't it? I'd love to hear what sides you like to serve with yours!"

COMMENT:
We make boiled cabbage wedges, drained and tossed with butter and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Grandkids love it too. Mashed potatoes with a touch of garlic and parsley. Oven Roasted whole carrots. Enjoyed by all - and never any leftovers no matter how many pounds my cornbeef is. I cook the cornbeef in a crockpot fir 10 hours on high, submerged in water, seasoned with 3 bay leaves an one quarter cup mustard seed. Cheers Toni"
