Pork Roast

Ingredients

1 large onion, sliced
3 pounds boneless pork loin roast
3/4 cup hot water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
hot pepper (optional)

Directions:

Brown roast. Arrange onions on the bottom of the Crockpot. The onions will work as a rack if they are cut 1/2 inch thick. Place roast on top of onions. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cook for 8-12 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high heat.
