Ingredients

RITZY CHICKEN:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 stick butter, melted (salted or unsalted)
sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed, (low sodium and multigrain work great in this recipe)

Directions:

Delicious, buttery chicken. Great served alone or over a bed of leafy greens.

Dip chicken in melted butter, then in crushed crackers. Place in greased dish and cover. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
