Seafood Giovanni

Ingredients

2 large onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
3 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
butter
3 cups canned tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 (8-ounce) package vermicelli pasta, cooked
3 cups flaked crabmeat, shrimp, or prawns (small)
2 cups sour cream
1 cup grated sharp cheese

Directions:

Sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms in butter. Add tomatoes, cooked vermicelli pasta, and crabmeat. Mix well. Add sour cream. Mix well again. Turn into greased 9x13-inch casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven, 300°–350° for 30 minutes.
