Beer Batter

Ingredients

1 can beer
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
2 cups crushed potato chips

Directions:

Pour beer in flour until thin mixture forms. Add egg, Worcestershire, and mustard. Dip vegetable or fish in batter; then roll through crushed potato chips. Drop into deep fryer at 300°. Cook 3–4 minutes until light brown.
