Serves: 4
1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
2. Cut fish into 4 serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Brush both sides with butter.
3. Cover and grill fish 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 10 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
