1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.
2. Stir all ingredients except pie filling, Brown Sugar Streusel and almonds until blended. Pour into pie plate. Spoon pie filling over top.
3. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle Brown Sugar Streusel over pie filling. Bake about 10 minutes or until streusel is golden brown cool. Sprinkle with almonds.
Brown Sugar Streusel
1/2 cup Original Bisquick
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons firm margarine or butter
Mix Bisquick, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in margarine, using fork or pastry blender, until mixture is crumbly.
HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 to 6500 feet): Increase second bake time to 15 to 20 minutes.

BETTY'S TIP: Stick with the stick! The streusel topping will blend better and be more crumbly if you use margarine or butter from a stick instead of a soft spread.
