Combine salsa ingredients and set aside 2–3 hours to allow flavors to blend.
Broil steak on each side, about 9–10 minutes for rare, 10–12 minutes for medium-rare, or 12–14 minutes for medium. While steaks are cooking, baste occasionally with Tuscan Salsa. Allow steak to sit for 5 minutes to redistribute juices. Slice and serve with French fries and a green salad.
