Ingredients

CHIPOTLE BUTTER
1/2 cup butter softened
2 teaspoons grated lime rinds
4 teaspoons lime juice
4 teaspoons minced chipotle in adobe sauce
kosher salt to taste
ITALIAN BUTTER
1 cup butter softened
1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
salt to taste
RASBPERRY BUTTER
1/2 cup butter softened
1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
dash lemon juice
ORANGE BUTTER
1 cup butter softened
1/2 cup orange marmalade

Directions:

CHIPOTLE BUTTER
In a small bowl, mix softened butter and 2 teaspoons chipotle peppers (with seeds removed). Mix well. Add lime zest, lime juice, and the remaining 2 teaspoons chipotle in adobe sauce. Add salt to taste. Roll into a log, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate until firm. When ready to give, cut into disks and package in an attractive container.

In a small bowl, mix both ingredients well. Transfer to an attractive container and refrigerate.
