Bacon Wrapped Bread Sticks

Ingredients

1 pound thin sliced bacon
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 (4 1/2-pound) boxes garlic bread sticks

Directions:

Preheat a Dutch oven 12-inch or larger to 425°F with a round cake rack in the bottom that fills the entire oven bottom. Slice each slice of bacon lengthwise and coat one side of the bacon slice with parmesan cheese. Wrap a bread stick spirally with bacon slices and pace on the cake rack so the bread sticks and bacon do not fall through.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes until bacon is cooked. Remove bread sticks and cake rack from the Dutch oven and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese. Place next batch of bread sticks on a second cake rack and bake until all sticks are cooked. Serve hot.
