Pre heat a Dutch oven to 375°F using 10 coals under and 17 coals on top. Open one package of crescent dough and separate the crescent triangles. Cut each triangle in half to make 2 long triangles. In each triangle half, roll one 'Lil Smokey in the center, jelly roll style, starting at the wide end of the triangle working toward the point. Repeat with all the triangle halves then, continue with second package of dough. Place Dough rolls into the bottom of the warmed and lightly oiled Dutch oven leaving 1-inch space between each roll and lightly sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until dough is light brown and firm. Repeat with consecutive batches until all dough and "Lil Smokey's are used up.
