Ingredients

1/2 pound crab meat, flaked (sub with imitation)
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (room temperature)
1/4 cup green onion tops, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
8 to 10 large pop and fresh refrigerated biscuits

Directions:

EQUIPMENT: 12” Dutch oven and 1 steaming screen (the one that folds out nicely): ½ c. of water and enough briquettes to bring water to a boil and bake the buns; a bowl and a teaspoon.

Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl. Take a spoonful of ingredients and place in the middle of one of the biscuits. Close up around filling and end with a little twist, side down onto steamer. Fill up steamer, but leave room for buns to double in size.

Put Dutch oven over coals (briquettes) with ½ c. water. Bring to a boil. Place steamer inside of Dutch oven and cover. Cook until no more steam, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove buns from Dutch oven.
