In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic; mix well until sugar is dissolved. Section wings, and place into 1 gallon zip lock bags or a 16 quart, clean ice chest, set tips aside in 1 gallon water. Boil tips for chicken broth for other uses.
Place wing sections into marinade in the ice chest or in zip lock bags and let marinate for 2 hours minimum, overnight is best. Preheat a 20” Dutch oven and drain marinade from wing sections. Place wings into well oiled Dutch oven and bake covered for 45 to 60 minutes at 350°. Serve hot.
