1. In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave marshmallows, butter and peanut butter until all marshmallows are melted, about 60 seconds.
2. Stir in cereal and mix to combine.
3. Pour mixture into a 9x9 pan.
4. Sprinkle Peanut butter and chocolate chips over treats and cover with foil for 10 minutes.
5. After ten minutes spread the now softened chips to cover the surface of the treats.
6. Let cool and cut into 10 pieces
