College Spinach Dip

Ingredients

10 ounces frozen leaf spinach
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped onion
8 ounces cream cheese
6 ounces fresh artichokes
1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper

Directions:

1. Cook and drain spinach. Set aside.
2. Sauté butter and onions in large saucepan over medium heat.
3. Add cream cheese in small increments, stirring slowly.
4. Once cream cheese has melted, add remaining ingredients.
5. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and corn chips on side
