Pasta Salad


Serves: 10

Ingredients

1 pound rainbow rotini
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese
3 large green bell peppers
1 large red onion
12 ounces zesty Italian salad dressing

Directions:

1. Cook pasta and drain.
2. Cube the mozzarella cheese and add to pasta.
3. Cut the bell peppers and onion in large dices. Add to pasta.
4. Pour dressing onto pasta and toss.
5. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
