Apple-Banana Salad

Ingredients

2 apples medium Red Delicious, diced (about 2 cups)
1 banana large or 2 small, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 cup celery thinly sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Lettuce leaves (optional)

Directions:

Place apples, banana and celery in a medium bowl set aside.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and milk until smooth. Pour over apple mixture and toss until well coated. Transfer to a serving bowl or serve on lettuce leaves.
