Wash and rinse the chicken thoroughly. Remove skin and all visible fat from the chicken. Place the chicken on a baking dish, make sure the chicken brease is side down (this will allow the breast to receive more moisture while baking). Make some cuts along the chicken so the garlic can be placed on each cut. Pour the vinegar over the chicken. Sprinkle the oregano, cumin, and salt and pepper all over the chicken. Spread the butter on top of the chicken. fill the cavity of the birt with carrots and apples, you can also place some of the apple and carrots along the wings. Cover it with aluminium foil and bake it for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 400°. Uncover it and let it bake for 20-30 more minutes.
