Thaw vegetables drain well. Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces if large.
Meanwhile, cook linguini according to package directions drain and keep warm.
In a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. When hot, add mixed vegetables and water. Stir to coat. Cover and steam for 2 minutes or until vegetables are heated through. Uncover cook and stir until vegetables are tender and lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir in cooked linguini. Add half-and-half and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat. Serve immediately. Pass additional Parmesan cheese.
Serve with breadsticks and a tray of fruit and cheese.
