BCT (Bacon. Cheese And Tomato)

Ingredients

Directions:

"When you're really hungry for breakfast, try one of these for a change."

1. Cut in half crosswise 2 slices bacon.

Microwave bacon according to the directions in "Cooking Bacon in the Microwave".

2. Split in half and toast 1 English muffin.

3. Spread on each muffin half mayonnaise.

Top each muffin half with 1 thick slice tomato (using 2 slices total).

Top each with 1 slice American cheese (using 2 slices total).

Top each with two pieces of bacon making an "X" with them.

Lay a paper towel on a microwavable plate. Set muffin halves on paper towel.

4. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power (700 watts) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Remove from microwave oven.

5. Wait for 5 minutes to let the very hot tomato slices cool a little so you won't burn your mouth.
