Fruited Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chicken breasts cooked cubed
4 teaspoons green bell peppers finely chopped
1/3 cup apple diced
2 green onions minced
1/3 cup mandarin orange segment
1/4 cup mayonnaise real
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ginger ground
1/3 cup shelled sunflower seed toasted
8 slices bread Triple Good
Real butter for bread (optional)

Directions:

Gently toss together chicken, green pepper, apple, onions, and oranges. In a small bowl blend mayonnaise, mustard, and ginger add to chicken mixture and stir until coated. Add sunflower seed and spread on buttered bread.

Note: If making ahead, do not add sunflower seed until just before sandwiches are to be served.
