In a medium skillet, sauté celery and onions in melted margarine until crisp-tender. Remove from heat stir in chicken, onion salt, and mayonnaise. Toast bread and spread 1/4 chicken mixture on each slice. Broil 4 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Place 1 slice of cheese on each sandwich and broil until cheese is melted.
