In a small bowl, mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise, green pepper, radishes, green onion, garlic salt, salt, paprika, pepper and hot pepper sauce until blended. Cover and chill for 1 hour to develop flavor.
Serve over sliced tomatoes or cucumbers, or lettuce wedges.
Note: Can be used as a dip for raw vegetables or crackers. For a chunkier dip, use large curd cottage cheese.
