Heat oven to 350°. Have a shallow 9-inch round baking dish ready (1 1/2 -quart).
Toss together Cheddar cheese and flour. Place in baking dish. Evenly sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cheese. Arrange sausages in spoke fashion on top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until mixture is puffed and custard is set when dish is shaken. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut in wedges to serve.
