Heat oil in saucepan and sauté onion until tender. Add broth, grated potato, paprika, tomato paste, salt, caraway seed, thyme, and red pepper. Bring to a boil cover, simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in cubed potato cook 10 minutes. Add meat and noodles cook 10 minutes or until potatoes and noodles are done. Garnish individual servings with Parmesan cheese and apple.
