1. Grease the inside of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with a paper towel dipped in butter or margarine or use clean fingers.
2. Place peanut butter and honey in a medium saucepan. Turn heat on to medium and stir with a wooden spoon until thin and well blended.
3. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in dry milk powder and vanilla until all the dry milk is moistened. Gently stir in cereal until well coated.
4. Spoon mixture into baking dish and press down to make the top flat. Wait until mixture is cool, then cut into squares with a small knife.
