Ingredients

8 cups popcorn
1 cup peanut
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions:

1. Place popped corn and peanuts in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Stir to mix, then set aside to use later.

2. Place honey and maple syrup in a small saucepan. Turn stove on to medium-high heat. Bring honey and syrup to a boil. BE CAREFUL - mixture will be very hot. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.

3. Stir in butter or margarine until melted. Pour over popped corn and peanuts. Use two forks and toss mixture until all of the popped corn and peanuts are covered with the honey mixture. Stir well so the honey mixture stays on the popped corn and doesn't settle on the bottom of pan.

4. After the mixture cools, break pieces apart.
