Total Calories: 912
Preheat oven to 375°. Cream margarine, shortening, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Blend in flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir in oats, coconut, and nuts. (Mixture will be stiff.) Shape into 1" balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets flatten slightly with a spoon. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen.
