Onion Sandwiches


Serves: 20

Ingredients

10 slices bread sandwich
Real butter, softened
4 sweet onions small, thinly sliced
Real mayonnaise
parsley Minced fresh

Directions:

Cut four 1 1/2 -inch circles out of each slice of bread. Spread rounds with butter. Make sandwiches by placing onion slices between two buttered rounds.

Roll edges of each sandwich in mayonnaise, then in chopped parsley. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
