At least 30 minutes or up to 2 days before serving: In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, heat jam until melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in orange juice and, if desired, food color until blended. Transfer to a serving dish. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until cool.
Just before serving: Stir, then spoon over Strawberry Ice or dessert of your choice.
