Preheat oven to 350°.
Place butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan melt in oven (do not brown). Spread over bottom of pan. Evenly layer graham cracker crumbs, then coconut, chocolate and peanut butter chips. Pour condensed milk evenly over chips. Sprinkle with peanuts.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool in pan on a wire rack until room temperature. Chill until set.
Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
