___ cup bologna finely chopped (about 3 to 4 oz.)
_ tablespoons mayonnaise
_ tablespoons sweet pickle relish
_ slices wheat bread or white bread, crusts cut off
Paprika
In a small bowl, mix together bologna, mayonnaise and pickle relish with a spoon.
Spread half of the bologna mixture on each slice of bread. With a small knife, cut a big "X" from corner to corner of each bread slice to make four triangles. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately or cover loosely with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
