Mix ground meat, green onions, garlic, crackers, and seasoning together in bowl, making sure meat is mixed in well with other ingredients. Place a 1 inch ball of meat mixture in center of wonton skin. Using your finger, rub water on two edges of the skin. Fold over into a triangle shape and press dry edges to the wet edges sealing the meat inside. Continue filling wonton skins in the same manner using all of the meat mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with dipping sauce. Sweet and sour dipping sauce is a favorite, too.
DIPPING SAUCE: Whisk all ingredients well.
