Enchiladas (beef)
Layered Salad
1 (21-ounce) bag tortilla chip

Directions:

Sauce needs to simmer about 2-3 hours. If made early in the day it can simmer as long as you need. *Brown 2 pounds of hamburger and conserve at least 1/2 pound for tommorrow. *Use cheese already grated. Salad can be made as enchiladas cook.
