Potato Soup in a Jar

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups instant mashed potatoes
1 1/2 cups dried milk or coffee creamer
2 tablespoons instant chicken bouillon
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons Greek seasoning

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart jar; mix well. on gift tag write:

Add 1 cup boiling water to 1/2 cup soup mix; stir until smooth.

Editor’s Extra:
Take 1/2 cup in a ziploc bag to work or in the car when traveling . . . all you need is a cup of hot water!
