Cut bread diagonally into 1-inch slices, without cutting through the bottom crust. Cream butter with horseradish and hot pepper sauce. Spread lightly onto cut surfaces of bread. Cut cheese slices in half to make triangles. Insert one triangle into each bread cut. Wrap loaf in foil label and freeze.
To serve, thaw frozen loaf at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Heat in foil at 400° F. for 25 minutes or until cheese melts.
