1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and cook for a few seconds. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring continually, for 2 minutes more. Add the wine, scallions, lemon juice, and hot sauce, and cook for another 3 minutes, or just until the shrimp are slightly pink or opaque. (Be careful not to overcook the shrimp or they will become tough.)
2. Arrange the shrimp over brown rice or whole-grain noodles and sprinkle with garlic grass and parsley. Serve with a green salad.
