1. Strip the leaves off the rosemary branches and save for future use. Thread 6 shrimp onto each rosemary skewer and place in a shallow dish.
2. Combine the tamari, lemon juice, oil, and garlic in a cup or small bowl. Pour over the shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes, turning once.
3. Cook the shrimp over a gas grill for 3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink. Serve with lemon wedges.
